It is being imagined as a dedicated digital place where people may connect, continue conversations, ask questions, share knowledge, and learn from one another within a more intentional community.
It is also being imagined as a place where neighbors can stay connected between Together Tuesdays and other gatherings—continuing conversations, sharing useful resources, and remaining part of a community as it grows.
Zara's Garden is still to come.
We are beginning with real people, in-person relationships, Together Tuesdays, early learning, and the work of discovering what our community actually needs.
Technology will follow the community—not the other way around.
A More Intentional Community
Vaccine injury and vaccine medicine can be difficult subjects to discuss, especially on public social media.
Zara's Garden is being imagined differently: a private Nevada community with clearer boundaries, thoughtful participation, responsible stewardship, and a culture of respectful conversation.
A place to slow down, ask questions, listen, learn, disagree respectfully, and sometimes simply say: I don't know.
The goal isn't agreement.
The goal is better conversation.
Our Vaccine-Injured Neighbors Come First.
Zara's Garden is envisioned with a special responsibility to the vaccine-injured people at the heart of Nevada Vax Watch.
A place where people may find one another, where lived experience can be heard with care, and where someone may meet another person who understands something about the road they have walked.

That is where the Garden begins.
Bring What You Know. Come Ready to Listen.
Survivors bring lived experience. Healthcare professionals bring clinical experience. Researchers bring evidence. Families bring questions. People with knowledge and expertise bring what they have learned.
These are not all the same kind of knowledge—and they do not need to be.
The opportunity is to listen carefully, ask better questions, understand important distinctions, and discover where thoughtful collaboration may help the community.

People Before Technology.
Technology may help people connect, continue conversations, share useful information, and preserve what a community learns.
But technology does not create community.
People do.
Before Zara's Garden opens, Nevada Vax Watch must establish appropriate standards for privacy, consent, community conduct, moderation, responsible information stewardship, and participant dignity.
We will not open the Garden simply because the technology becomes available.
We would rather build it carefully than build it quickly.
The Garden Begins Before the Platform.
Community begins when people meet, talk, listen, return, begin to know one another, and build trust over time.
That is why we are starting with Together Tuesdays.
No finished platform. No big production. No pressure.
Just real people beginning real conversations and discovering who else is here.

We are not asking you to join a finished online community.
We are inviting you to help shape the community that may one day fill it.
For now, we are finding and connecting with our Nevadan vaccine-injured neighbors, gathering for Together Tuesdays, beginning early learning activities, welcoming knowledge and expertise, and listening carefully to what our community needs.
The Zara Project is not being built separately from the community. It will be cultivated within Zara’s Garden—growing from the conversations, relationships, and shared learning that begin there. You can help it take root, help it grow, and enjoy being part of a compassionate community effort from the very beginning.
As the Garden grows, The Zara Project can unfold within the community it is meant to serve—helping build local knowledge, strengthen meaningful informed consent, and support calmer, more informed vaccine-related decisions.
Then we will grow from there.
